For the past 25 years, a material part of Grant’s practice has been in real estate, having represented brokers in real estate transactions and related litigation throughout Texas. He won at trial and on appeal a significant case for brokers, Elkowitz v. Sherman, which clarified disclosure issues in the sale of a home. He also serves as legal counsel for the Houston Association of REALTORS.
Grant Harpold is a partner with the Houston office of Vincent Lopez Serafino Jenevein, P.C. Prior to joining Vincent Lopez, Grant was a founding partner of Hargis & Harpold, LLP (1997-2011).
Grant is a graduate of Texas A & M University and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law since 1997.
